About Janie Lynn Panagopoulos

In the Beginning:

Janie Lynn Pangopoulos has always loved to read and write.  She remembers sitting in the grocery cart at the store, looking at and reading her "Golden Books".  She also remembers walking trips to the library with her mother, she could check out as many books as she could carry home.

It was Janie's third grade teacher that helped direct Janie to start writing poetry and stories. Her thrid grade teacher Miss Richardson, thought Janie talked too much and writing would be a good exercise to help her train her mind, use her talents, and be quiet in class.

Today:

Janie has now been writing professionally for over 33 years and the last seventeen years she has been writing books to share with you!

Janie also does videoconferencing, SKYPE and Distant Learning programs and has a personal blog on her website: http://www.JLPanagopoulos.com, blogger.com, twitter, facebook

In the Future:

Janie pledges to do her best in research and writing to help educate, entertain, and share the amazing stories of our country, our ancestors, and those people from the past that helped to make our lives what they are today.
